My sweet FMD was skittish and fearful, so we really wanted to work with a professional trainer to get her out of her shell. We also were preparing to give birth, and wanted professional guidance on how to introduce our baby to our dog in the most positive way.
Anna worked patiently and gently with our pup, reinforcing good behavior and showing us how to understand her better. She worked on our dog’s leash reactivity, and guided us step by step.
She also gave us valuable tips - for example, when our daughter started eating solid foods, Anna suggested keeping our dog separated from our baby so that she wouldn’t learn that the baby’s food was hers. She also suggested giving treats to our dog while the baby was around, so that our pup would learn that baby = good.
